Now, more than ever, you are asked to hold the highest vision of the economy, of yourself, of your community, your country and the planet.
Now more than ever you are using your Creator attributes to create your reality and for those around you. Envision from a place of love, and power. See only benevolence. Stay away from fear mongering and an apocalypse mind-set. Know that as a child of God, you and other children of God would always be taken care of, and are safe and secure. Fill yourself with great faith as your vibration rises to the occasion. And the occasion being the higher vibrational reality that the awakened collective has been manifesting for awhile.
Avoid gossip and having thoughts and feelings that are negative. Your vibrational frequency determines the reality you are experiencing. Hold the strongest and most powerful vision you can muster for the world that you wish to live in.
Remember that everything outside of you is an illusion and you get to choose the illusion you wish to experience by choosing to create it in your mind and your feeling world. You determine the world you live in.

Greetings dear Humans of 5D Earth,
It is time to lift your head up. Become aware of your true identity. You are a Divine Being playing the role of a human who is transitioning from a lower vibration of 3rd density. The struggle of the lower vibrating human of the past has not yet entirely moved out of your consciousness. Be in the present high vibrating frequency of your divinity.
We are aware that many of you are holding on to the old paradigm of doing things and planning. It's the new Earth you are on. There are new ways of Being and even doing. Do not have a preconceived idea of how your life will look. The new will evolve in phases. And it takes mastery to not have expectations of how your life and your planet will finally look and feel. Instead, we ask you to live each day being in the moment expressing your divine attributes of compassion, joy, happiness, gratitude, kindness, integrity, peace, harmony and trust. And if any low vibration energies come up, like sadness, guilt, shame, judgment, lack, limitation, anger, and so on, we ask that you turn them over to us in the higher realms and your support team of angels, guides, and Higher Self. That is what we are here for at this time of your ascension journey. You do not walk alone on your journey of ascension.
We mentioned in our previous messages that your journey of ascension is a journey of the Masters, the ascended beings. Each day give intent that you practice thinking, speaking, acting and feeling like an ascended being so you may gain the vibration of one. It is not the other way around. You don't ascend to the 5th dimension in order for you to take on the consciousness of a 5th dimension being. Remove this misconception at once. And shift your consciousness to the 5th dimension first, and you will be given the rite of passage to enter the 5th dimension. This is the entry code.
There have been so many messages given to humanity on what the 5th dimensional attributes are. This is the work you are tasked to perform - take on the attributes of the 5th dimensional ascended beings. It requires new perceptions and a new way of being. This information can also be found within you when you connect with your Higher Self. Make the shift in consciousness dear Masters. Yes, we see you as Masters, powerful masters. And you will continue saying to yourself:
“I made so many positive changes in my life. I dropped my negative karmic patterns. I take on 5th dimensional behaviours and qualities of the Masters. This is exactly what my Higher Self told me to expect. My discipline, determination and hard work paid off. I’m in a much better place now. I know what it takes to shift from the 3rd to the 5th dimension. Was it easy? No. But it was worth it. I forgave and healed my traumas, I left behind the pain, the struggle, my egotistical view of life, the daily competition with others, the greed, the manipulation and control, the lack and self-doubt, the fears and limitations, and all that is associated with living as a 3rd density human. No more! I’m free at last from the endless negative thought patterns. I have found peace.”

In August I had a conversation with the 12D Andromedans and asked them to share with me their views about integrity and what role does it play in our evolution. The following is the response I received from these wise beings.

START OF TRANSMISSION
Lack of self-integrity means you are out of alignment with your True Self. Integrity is being true to yourself, your True core Self. With others, you create a strong bond that’s built on trust. It helps create cohesion and closeness. Trust is the glue to bringing people together in unity.
It is also the cornerstone to leadership. Integrity creates a direct line to Source Energy and this in turn creates a guiding force of high consciousness. When you are out of integrity your guiding force comes from a lower vibration source, your Shadow Self or unbalanced Ego Self.
Integrity is the bedrock to fulfilling your divine plan and will support you in your human evolution.
Integrity is what we ask for all humans to aspire to. It creates good naturedness in your thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. It comes from within you, from the God aspect of you. You innately know what is right and it creates benevolence in all you put out into the Universe. It is a guiding force to help you walk the path of high frequency. When you are guided by your integrity, you are guided by your divinity. You know what is right from wrong. It is as clear as day and night.
Integrity is an important aspect of leadership and it builds (develops) self-mastery. How do you know if you are out of integrity? Here are several ways:

When you begin applying tools and higher truths that we share you will begin to see transformation in your life. When you begin diligently applying these tools the more changes you will experience.
Beings from higher realms are aware of the transition you are going through and we are ever ready to assist in all ways so you may benefit from that assistance. We are actively involved in sending you energies on a daily basis to assist you in your transition to 5D. This you call Universal Energies.
Using intentions, positive affirmations, visualisation, positive thought forms, a positive mind-set, your high vibrational frequency, your positive self-talk, they all work to your advantage. The Universal Energies amplify your frequency and the positive energies you put out Take full advantage of this Universal Energies that’s available to you every day. WHAT YOU WERE MADE FOR

We are delighted with the progress of humans on 4th density Earth. We ask that you continue to release what once supported your growth but not any more.
What are they that we speak of? They are your habits that help create your lessons so you may learn from them and grow. They are no longer part of you.
They are the limitations, the fear-based thoughts, patterns of behaviours that create separation, and the vocabulary that go along with those patterns. All the 3rd density consciousness that belonged to the old humans of the old Earth.
You are elevating your consciousness to the 4th density. You are heading towards freedom to be your true self, your Source Energy Self. This is the current path that all who are consciously ascending to 5th dimension are on.
These are the new TIMES. You are given this opportunity to BE an entirely new human with a new and more expanded personality that of your Higher Self. New beginnings are ahead of you and it requires you to remove the Veil entirely. The low vibration human filter has to go. It has no place on 4th density Earth of 5th dimension.
Dedicate your time, energy, and inner wisdom to ask yourselves these questions:
❖ What is in my life right now that don’t support my ascension to 5D?
❖ Are these people in my life? Who are they?
❖ What habits and unhealthy lifestyle are keeping me stuck in 3D living? Are there addictions? What are they?

You require honesty from yourself. And the courage to let all that don’t support you go. You have the courage to do this. Grow your trust and faith in your own abilities and know that you have the support of the Universe to assist you in your transition.
This is the time to reach higher and to expand to your fullest capacity for growth. Growth happens incrementally and so does your frequency.
We, the Andromedans, and others from across many galaxies are excited to see how far you will grow into your new roles as the new humans of 4th density Earth. This is the Great Shift that you as a Soul in a human body have planned for in this lifetime. Wake up to your cosmic future. You will play bigger roles and meet other races in your expanded playground, the Universe.
Aspire to be the human race that meet on equal footing with other 4th, 5th, and 6th density civilisations. This is what you were made for.

THE POWER OF PATIENCE

Patience. Patience is another beautiful aspect of your God/Goddess Self. It denotes graciousness in Spirit, love of Self and other Selfs. Tune in to the energy of patience and you'll be amazed at the ease and beauty of your evolution. Nothing and no one can upset or affect your frequency. It helps you calm inside and be present. And you don't find yourself chasing after your goals or comparing yourself with others and with your past Self.
You develop trust in yourself and how your future unfolds for you. You are happy with where you are. You work with what you already have and make self-enquiries.
And in this state of patience you discover a new serenity that cloaks you like a "warm blanket". For those who are diligently and faithfully emulating their God/Goddess Self you are developing so many positive aspects of your divinity. This is a miraculous gift to yourself. And in BEing you are contributing so much more to the Universe.

For those who are not aware, prior to this message, I channeled a message from the Plieadian Star Mothers who encouraged humanity to express more of their Divine Self or God/Goddess Self in this year of 2024. This message is validation from the Andromedans who are commending those who have taken up on the challenge from the Star Mothers. Hence, the reference to the chalice and drinking from it.
And the Andromedans' reference to a "warm blanket" is to let us know that when we engage in the energy of patience it has the ability to provide security, comfort and reassurance, like a hug in the form of support during rough times or a safety net that gives us peace of mind. It is equivalent to emotional warmth and comfort.

FOCUS YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS ON ONENESS

Activate the Oneness within you. You've had many lifetimes when you practice oneness. This consciousness is one of unity. These are lifetimes on Earth and on other planets. Your Soul is ready to express it once again in this lifetime.
We ask that you focus on the energy of oneness. It is not complicated. It is in fact simple, but not necessarily easy. Begin by spending time in nature.
Sit with your eyes closed, and give intent that you are one with all beings from all kingdoms of Earth. They are the human, animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms. And all other natural elements in between.
Engage your heart center as you say these words.
>. When you feel a breeze, say, "I am the breeze." And you are the breeze.
> When you hear the chirping of the birds, say, "I am the birds." And you are the birds.
>. When you hear children playing, say, "I am the children." And you are the children.
Continue in this manner, and after sometime open your eyes, and now look at the grass and the trees, and say to yourself, "I am the grass. I am the trees.”
Let oneness take over your consciousness. Let your consciousness meld with that of other beings and elements. Do this consciously. Do not rush with this exercise. Take your time. You will treat others with more loving kindness. Feel the love in your heart as you utter these words to yourself.
They are all aspects of you, extensions of you. You are all One, yet with different expressions of the One, different aspects of the One. When you bring to mind the ETs or aliens, like ourselves, tell yourself, "I am the Andromedans." We are all sentient beings across the cosmos. Together we make up "All That Is", the Creator.
Let this be your focus for this month. And you will easily experience what Oneness feels like, and looks like.

THE BREATH OF LIFE

The breath of life. With every breath you take you are feeding your body, mind, and Spirit what they need to unify and harmonise. We wish to share with you the importance of your breath.
To align your physical mental, and emotional bodies with your Spirit i.e. your Higher Self, all it takes to begin the alignment is through slow deep breaths. Do this with intention, and do this lovingly. It is best if it is done gently. There is no need for hard breathing. Your intent allows your body to adjust your breathing to meet your needs for the alignment to take place.
Do this to get into a meditative state. Do this to begin communicating with your Higher Self, your Angels and Spirit Guides. Always give intent before you take action. That is the key.
The breath feeds your life force energy. Learn to be deep breathers. Many who are still asleep in spiritual slumber, who struggle with daily living, do not know that their shallow breathing is creating their perpetual 3rd density existence. Also described as 3D or 3rd dimensional existence.
When you become aware of your breath, you automatically place your attention in the present moment. When you find difficulty in quieting the monkey mind, begin focussing on your breath. Do this lovingly. And very shortly you will notice your frequency is tuned to the energy of love and your mind becomes quiet.
Your loving and deep breathing creates balance for you. Incorporate this into your spiritual practice, and your body will begin thanking you, and your mind is free from negative thoughts, your frequency rises, and you activate your higher consciousness. Practice this as often as you can throughout your days. Your loving breath is a mirror of the planet's loving breath.

RELEASE TO CHOOSE FREEDOM

The time has come for us to sing a song of freedom.
Free yourself of all the muck, the low vibrational frequency habits, beliefs, and thought forms that keep you small, and trapped in low density, in low vibration. It is time to release them all. Be free of them. They do not serve you. They cannot support you on your path to higher frequency, higher vibration.
Make a choice right now, this instant, that you are on the path of freedom. It is what your Soul wants for you. You have tools to release all that is not your authentic self. Use them. Make a choice on the tools and processes that excites you. Make it fun to release, and you shall make it a joyful act in releasing. Everything is of your choosing. Choose how you wish to release, choose how you wish to live your life, choose who you want to be, choose who you wish to be with. Choose choose choose. Choice is your strength, it is a powerful tool. With each choice you make, action follows, and a change takes place. So choose wisely. Align your free choice to divine choice and you’ll find yourself on the path of your destiny.
As you make choices and decisions that align with your true self, you shed more of who you are not, and you become more of who you truly are. Release is the key to becoming more of your authentic self. Give intent each day that you are becoming more and more of your authentic self, and you will. Don’t go back to the old ways of being. Be the new authentic you. Show the world your true value, Spirit on Earth.
It is time to sing your song of freedom. The freedom to be who you really are. We can’t wait for humanity to claim this freedom. We stand by you, cheering you, encouraging you with every decision you make, with every change you experience.
We honour the work you do on Earth at this time. Many of you are on the verge of completing your tasks and tying up loose ends, so to speak. We are excited for you as you shift and change gear to a higher frequency. It is so!

IN SERVICE OF THE DIVINE LOVE ELEMENT

We ask you to increase your energy of trust, in yourself, and in your fellow human beings. When you begin to trust, you begin to open your heart even more.
Open your heart to begin trusting again to what you had once closed because of past hurts and traumas. When you open your heart you are also open to sending out your own positive energies of higher frequency. Begin sending more love, compassion, peace, and harmony into the world from your heart center. It is the first step to opening your higher energy centers you call chakras.
Without opening your heart center your upper spiritual chakras cannot be activated. Activate means make active. What you don’t use, they remain dormant. It is crucial to have all your chakras activated in order to move speedily on your path of ascension.
Send more energy from your heart center, it is the giver of life. Care for your heart center as you would a child that’s precious to a mother.
Begin each day by acknowledging the love of the Divine that flows from your Heart Center. Send the first streams of love to yourself. Give the gift of Divine love to yourself first, and you’ll have more to give to others. It is this simple process that would help you become a wonderful giver of unconditional love.
And next, give intent to send that Divine love to any human, animal, plant or situation that needs it. Trust the energies to deliver your unconditional love to the recipients who are in need. Stay open and loving as you trust your intention is carried out. Be a giver of love to those who do not know yet that they can give themselves this love.
With that love that you send out, your wisdom too follows. It will help the receiver to remember that they too have the ability within them to do likewise.
In the meantime be the unconditional giver and sender of Divine love. This is much needed in the world. This is how you transfer Divine love to another.
All sentient beings need love to nourish their Souls. If you’re listening to this message, we ask you to practice on a daily basis to give love to yourself first. When you give to another this Divine love you are assuming the role of Spirit on Earth. You play an important role by transferring the Divine love from your heart center that is Source.
Practice this every day and you’ll be more peaceful and loving.

There is going to be a lot of turmoil as the Earth changes and as humanity shifts, yet once again, in consciousness. You must understand that the changes are happening incrementally, and not all at once. And, there will be many who are unprepared as they are still unawakened.
So use your energy, the ones who are awakened, to hold space for those who need to balance their energies. Stay calm for the planet. Stay balance for humanity. Be in joy to help raise the frequency of the planet.
Stay centred in your heart space. You’ll receive the guidance you need on what to do next. Stay strong of mind, body, and spirit, during this time of transition. Meditate, go within, listen for guidance, use positive affirmations to vibrate at higher frequencies. In short, do whatever it takes to maintain your balance. Do not get influenced by external forces. You have awakened earlier for good reasons. To be the example for others to follow by living from inside out.
Focus on your heart center where your true balance comes from. Seek the energies from within you, and help others who are unbalanced. This is the time to practice your mastery.
Focus on your higher attributes. And be the center of the storm where it is the most calm and hold that energy. And you’ll be doing the best thing for humanity.

What are three practical tools or things that humanity can do now to help us in this great shift to the 5th dimension?
The Andromedan Council of Light:
Use your imagination as a tool to create the new Earth that you are seeking. Your imagination plays a very important role in creation.
Oribel:
In my mind, I was thinking, “How about thought?” That thought wasn’t meant for them, but it was transmitted and they received it. And they responded.
The Andromedan Council of Light:
Yes, first comes the thought. But it is imagination that helps solidify into physical matter and appear in your reality on Earth. The matrix, the Field is what you’re projecting your imagination into.
This is a practical tool.
Feelings is the next practical tool. If you can feel the emotions of what you’re creating or imagining, you’ll speed up the creation process.
Be joyful. Everyday be joyful. It is the frequency of joy that allows you to shine your light, and assists you in your personal evolution and also helps humanity to evolve collectively.
And it is joy that also speeds up the creation process.
These are the three practical tools that we wish to share with you. Those who are consciously shifting to the 5th dimension are making good progress in releasing old habits and behaviours of 3rd dimensional consciousness that the 5th dimension do not support. Learn new tools to live by, as you’ll need them on your journey to higher dimensions.
